Herbs are a chef’s secret weapon, but using them can be overwhelming in regards to flavor and health benefits.

Herbalist Ehris Urban and Historian Velya Jancz-Urban—who focus on creating health-conscious, plant-based cuisine—will teach you how to use local herbs to your advantage at their 1770 Woodbury farmhouse.

At each class, you’ll harvest, cook as a group, and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Start experimenting with your meals, as well as your health!
